bluffing in facebook poker is hard because since facebook poker chips arent actual money so many players are just ready to go all in and call you out of boredom or because they want some excitement, at least this is the case in the lower tables of facebook poker where theres a lot of new players.

Once you get to the higher level tables the play is a bit better because people value their facebook chips but the fact that facebook poker chips arent real money is still a factor..

You have to be *really* careful though when bluffing at zynga, because there is (except on the highest tournaments and very high tables) always a caller, who even goes allin with top pair low kicker on the flop or even second high pair top kicker. So if you bluff, try to dominate the table with a large chip stack, try to give the player the feeling you only play monsters (because you folded many hands before), and if they caught you bluffin, make use of it next time you really have a monster.

And yes, the tips on this article aren't bad either, if you raised 4 BBs on the River, you have to raise 6 BBs min. at the turn, else you show weakness and unsureness, and someone with a playable hand will make use of it.

Slowplaying can also be a nice tactic, but only if you know that the opponent has a good hand, and you have a monster. Like - you make a bet, he reraises, you only call, on the turn you only check, and he most likely does a large raise then - it's up to the potsize and chip stack if you make a large reraise or just call and do that on the river then.
